Our tireless passion for 100% Speciality Colombian coffee; It inspired us to be promoters of our roots.

We have two main lines; the “wholesale” line of coffee for use in a commercial espresso machine in a 4.5 Lb presentation and the retail line, with a wide variety of aromas and flavors, based on the different options of Colombian coffee for the 23 producing departments and the different processes.

Handcrafted roasted in small batches with Colombian passion to be enjoyed throughout the American Union.

Parce Blend Coffee

Its processing is carried out by obtaining 90-95% of optimum ripe cherries, reaching the development of a high quality product for coffee lovers.

Honey Coffee

Notes of Red Fruits, Cocoa and liquor notes. In this process the cherries are fermented in special unsealed barrels, thus achieving aerobic fermentation. 

Chiroso Coffee

Its natural process of double fermentation under anaerobic conditions results in an exquisite cup, with sweet, fruity and vibrant notes.

Our culture and passion is reflected in a good cup of coffee, we offer Colombian coffee made by Colombians.

Who we are?

Behind every dream there is a story to tell; This is how PARCE COFFEE ROASTERS was born. The dream of a whole family from Natal Colombia, from a place full of mountains, towns with a great culture, where the best coffee in the world is grown and whose name has forged the identity of the region; southwestern Antioquia.

From the cup, to environmental care

Awareness and commitment to caring for the environment is part of our ideals, which is why we started a composting process for the coffee grounds produced by our wholesale customers, as well as the green and roasted coffee beans rejected for quality and the residue called “silver film” generated in the roasting process.

 

With all this we seek that our process is as “responsible” with the environment and our carbon footprint is as minimal as possible; thus contributing to a better environment for future generations.

A bit of context: more than 9 billion kilograms of coffee are consumed annually throughout the world; 90% of which becomes waste and much of it ends up in landfills, where it breaks down and releases methane (30 times more powerful at trapping heat than CO2). This, in turn, increases the risk of extinction of coffee. Thanks to the supra recycling of coffee waste, we prevent toxic gases from being released into the environment.
