Notes of Red Fruits, Cocoa and liquor notes. In this process the cherries are fermented in special unsealed barrels, thus achieving aerobic fermentation. The main characteristic of this coffee is its medium dense body, its concentrated notes of walnut and peach flavors with a citric acidity that defines it and an exquisite aroma of dark chocolate, making it an exotic, balanced and creamy coffee.
